Platform Management:
Monitor and analyze game performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement based on data- driven insights.
Oversee and manage the setup and maintenance of our games on Google Play Console and App Store Connect. Ensure all game listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
Ad Campaign Management:
A/B test different ad creatives and strategies to continually refine campaign effectiveness.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Apple, Facebook, and TikTok. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track user behavior and campaign effectiveness, making data- driven decisions to enhance marketing efforts.
Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations for internal stakeholders to inform strategy adjustments and report on KPIs.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring spending aligns with company goals and delivers optimal returns.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development, game designer, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with product developments and user feedback.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging opportunities.
Creative Direction: Guide the creation of marketing materials and ad creatives, ensuring they are compelling, brand- consistent, and optimized for each specific ad platform.
Requirements
Familiarity with analytics and performance metrics specific to mobile gaming.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing within mobile game publishing companies.
Experience with SEO and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies for mobile games.
Advanced certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
Strong expertise in managing Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
Ability to work in a fast- paced, results- oriented environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns across Google, Apple, Facebook, and TikTok.
Creative thinker with a passion for mobile gaming
Creativity and experience in managing creative processes for ad content.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer)
