JOB DESCRIPTION

Tracks and reports all issues to management.
Customer care and interaction
Be responsible for interacting with clients to review incoming requests and determine realistic production deadlines
File sharing handling and ensuring that productions / photos / images are done successfully in time.

REQUIREMENTS

Be able to work in shifts (morning shift: 6.30 – 14.30, afternoon shift: 14.30 – 22.00, and night shift: 22.00 – 6.30)
Have the ability to work in a team and organize a group effort.
Experience in using file sharing sites, customer care.
Have highly developed scenes responsible for the work.
Bachelor or College degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
Administration and organization mind- set.
Good written and verbal English skills.
Highly pay attention to detail and organization.
Flexible, adaptable, and problem- solving skill.
