NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC

Manage, check, and fix problems with cameras, computers, printers, timekeepers, and phones.
Install software and operating systems, and allocate computers to employees.
Manage the use, maintenance, and replacement of damaged IT equipment.
Provide support to staff by handling issues related to computers, computer networks, and software.
Work closely with Front End Developers to deliver products.
Check and fix errors in hardware and IT networks. Catch errors in LAN/WAN, email systems, and basic software.
Operate and administer the entire network and internal email system.
Develop and maintain the RPFO Backend system.

YÊU CẦU

Basic reading and writing in English
Ability to use and configure network allocation devices such as routers, access points, and switches.
Experience in ordering software and operating systems, and handling problems related to office equipment.
University or College Degree
Knowledge of information technology systems.
At least 2 years of experience related to hardware and networks. (Having CCNA certification is a plus).
Capable of working under stressful conditions with a positive team attitude.
Good at investigating and solving incidents and problems.
Knowledge of Azure and MS 365 is an advantage.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
