Coordinate activities and collaborations within the team and with external stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
Develop and integrate delivery plans ranging from high- level milestones to detailed weekly activities.
Ensure transparent and aligned communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project goals.
Weekly consolidation of delivery progress against the agreed plan, offering data- driven insights and updates.
Develop and implement maintenance plans to track and resolve issues within the agreed scope of work.
Organize and manage issues and insights, employing a resourceful problem- solving approach.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing medium- sized projects (over 8 team members and spanning at least 3 expertise areas).
Proven technical proficiency in Back- end, Front- end, Mobile, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Understanding of the product&039;s value and how each task contributes to overarching goals.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and assertiveness in addressing project issues and insights.
Excellent self- management skills, including task prioritization and time management.
Ability to facilitate meetings efficiently, ensuring clear action items post- discussion.
In- depth understanding of product software development processes, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Proven ability to cultivate teamwork and collaboration within project teams.
Capacity to manage emotions effectively under pressure and during conflicts.
