Troubleshoot any technical difficulties and resolve any issues.
We are looking for a qualified Salesforce Developer to join our Customer Service team, whose mission is to contribute to maintaining and administering our Salesforce platform.
Contribute to document Salesforce platform (user guides, specifications, ...).
Provide support to users who need help using the platform respond promptly to requests for assistance and offer advice where appropriate.
Maintain and administer Salesforce instance, including user access to data, security settings, and application configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Day to Day
Writing and reviewing code from the sprint backlog in line with backend guild best practices
Assisting in driving squad sprint execution to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality.
Anticipates and communicates blockers or delays for their work (or their squads) before they require escalation.
- Technical Duties
Communicate within your team effectively, clearly, and concisely in both written and verbal form on technical and non- technical subjects.
Provides technical advice and weighs in on technical discussions/decisions that impact their team.
Consistently writes production- ready code that is easily testable, easily understood by other engineers, and accounts for edge cases and errors.
Mentors more junior teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner.
Ensures their commitments are realistic, understands their priority and urgency, and delivers upon them accordingly.
Communication & Leadership Duties
Helps their fellow team members overcome obstacles, resolve blockers, and complete work tasks.
