As a Senior Game Developer, you&039;ll be the
guardian of the creative engineer

Responsibilities
Spearhead the design and creation of advanced game features and systems, taking full responsibility for key components of the project.
Lead and engage in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Establish and uphold coding standards and best practices to maintain consistency and high quality across the codebase
Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering their professional growth
Work closely with artists, game designers and project stakeholders to craft seamless and engaging gameplay experiences.
Be versatile in your technical style, adapting to various game genres and themes.
Tackle and resolve technical challenges to ensure smooth, enjoyable gameplay and top- notch performance.
Regularly test and debug to ensure our games perform at the highest quality.
Develop and implement game mechanics, systems and features for mobile games.
Assign tasks and serve as the go- to expert for resolving complex technical issues, facilitating smooth and effective project advancement.
Requirements
Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Extensive experience with Unity game engine and C.
Strong technical skills, with the ability to conceptualise and code unique game ideas to life.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A deep passion for gaming and a strong desire to create fun and engaging experiences for players.
Experience working in a mobile games industry is required.
Proven experience in game development with a strong portfolio of commercially released projects.
Proficient in spoken and written English; fluency is not mandatory but clarity is crucial.
Strong programming skills with a deep understanding of game animation and UI design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and remote team environment.
Demonstrated 1- 3 years of experience in a Senior Game Developer role.
