Job descriptionReview issued IT processes, manage and report on IT process compliance.
Monitor operations and directly handle requests from departments and domains related to the use of the Core Insurance system and other assigned IT service systems.
Perform periodic (daily, monthly, annual) monitoring of SAP and non- SAP application systems.
Coordinate with partners and related domains to resolve any errors that arise to ensure IT services meet the maximum requirements of all departments.
Assist in testing, coordinating projects, and receiving handover of software products from the solution center and IT deployment projects.
Your skills and experiencePreference for candidates with SAP system support experience.
Insurance knowledge is an advantage.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting and operating systems and application software/Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development related work.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology
Experience in providing software application support and level 1 user support.
