WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for prospective improvements, and consult the most possible solutions
Compose and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
Consolidate, analyze, elaborate, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Then ensure the team understand the product requirements and the product is delivered at high quality
Clarify, update, prioritize and manage the product backlog
Work closely with stakeholders and users to acquire insights of the business regarding to objectives, risks with complete understanding of their expectation and demands
Supporting Project Manager and Product Owner through Scrum activities and business related activities or playing the role of Product Owner when required
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies by continuously being up- to- date on the latest methodologies and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
Write user manuals, conducting user training sessions and tracking feedbacks

Experience in construction area is an advantage
Excellent at English communication in both written and verbal skills
Modeling and Design business process
Have knowledge of UI/UX
Can read and design in UML language, familiar with at least one among Use- cases diagram, Activity Diagram, State Diagram, and Sequence Diagram
Bachelor&039;s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, or relevant majors
Good understanding of client’s business requirements.
Hands- on at least 4+ years of experience in Business Analyst and supporting Product Owners
Experienced in Discovery methodologies with a high- level focus on Elicitation and requirement gathering & documentation
Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with Stakeholders, Developers, Testers, Team Leaders and Project Manager.
