Job descriptionGather customer needs via consultation, business process analysis and observations; participate in technical and functional discovery meetings with customers
Resolve and/or propose solutions for issues encountered during implementation of solutions
Perform other tasks as assigned by higher management
Be responsible to implement (setup, configure, troubleshoot, support) ATALINK solutions to the customers, focusing on the accounting module.
Provide information about new software releases and upgrades to customers
Help customers understand how to use the software effectively by providing end- user trainings and support services
Create relevant reports and key business metrics related to solution implementation
Participate in and when required, manage & lead the pre- sales activities for some potential customers
Communicate with customers to answer questions about software features, configurations, and changes
Work with internal stakeholders (product development, business analysis, sales, marketing, customer services...) to clarify solutions, recommend improvements as well as to validate the newly developed features and/or fixed bugs
Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the ATALINK’s implementation methodologies and processes
Manage risks during implementation and on- going operations
Job requirement Good knowledge of software implementation methodologies and practices
Good knowledge and experience in consulting and implementing accounting systems such as: Odoo, MISA, FAST, Bravo, …
Strong accounting knowledge is a must (VAS200 / VAS133)
Attention to detail, organization skill and easy to talk to people
A minimum of 2 years&039; experience as an ERP Consultant and/or IT Business Analyst related to Accounting / FA
Good business process modeling skill
Extensive knowledge and experience of business enterprise processes, SCM, ERP, CRM, DMS solutions
Strong communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills with stakeholders
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Financial Accounting, Information Management System or Business Administration
Good at problem solving and consulting
