We are hiring Software Support Engineer to support Microfocus software products. In this role, you will be supporting customers who are having technical issues with their Microfocus software.
• Present a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets and objectives
• Follow best practice ticket management processes, ensuring tickets owned are handled and updated timely and every effort is made to make service levels
• Customer care- taking cases supporting customers software support issues
• Ensure constant self- development using day to day work, web- based training, and any other available tools
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high- quality support
***MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent technical certifications
• From 6 months of experience in technical support
• Good English communication
• Knowledge about 1 of 4: Windows Server operating systems OR Networking OR Database OR programming languages/scripting
• Customer orientated, motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem
***NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience in customer service is a plus
