Mixed Realms is a game studio based in Singapore best known for developing Sairento VR and Gordian Quest. We pride ourselves in pushing the boundaries of game design and creating memorable experiences for our players.
We are currently on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about visual effects to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback and insights on the visual direction.
Optimize VFX assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
Collaborate with the art and development teams to integrate VFX assets into the game engine.
Create particle systems, shaders, and dynamic simulations that enhance the gameplay experience.
Continuously research and develop new techniques to improve the visual fidelity and performance of effects.
Design and implement high- quality visual effects for our games.
Requirements:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Passion for games and a willingness to learn and grow.
Proficiency in industry- standard VFX tools and software (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Houdini, After Effects).
Proven experience as a VFX artist in the game industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of particle systems, physics, and real- time rendering techniques.
