Vietnam Operating Director - Fintech/Banking Industry

Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop strategic and business plans aligned with Group OKR/KPI.
Translate strategic goals into operating and execution plans.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Financial Management
Develop and manage plans for new financial products and partnerships.
Collaborate with Country Heads to achieve financial and non- financial goals.
Stakeholder Management
Participate in key committee meetings to steer the overall direction of the company.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Operations Management
Oversee operations, investor management, marketing, PR, and finance functions.
Foster an inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive and functional outcomes are met.
Performance and Growth
Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth.
Contribute to the development and execution of country- level strategies to drive revenue, profit, and cash flow.

Proven experience as Director or senior managerial position in fintech or banking.
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree with at least 1.5 years in a top management consulting firm.
Thorough knowledge of market dynamics and corporate finance.
Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Familiarity with corporate and fintech environments.
Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English with proficiency in all four skills; open to local candidates (Vietnamese).
