Vietnamese - English Interpreter Language Talent Solutions

We’re looking for interpreters to handle real- time calls across healthcare, banking, insurance, and emergency services. You’ll bridge communication between English and Vietnamese speakers—sometimes in high- pressure situations.
Your Responsibilities:

Completion of daily activity logs and other documentation.
Providing interpretations of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations, and other forms of verbal communication.
Complying with applicable ethics and standards
Acting as Interpreter between a wide range of people with diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos and personalities.
Providing parties with clear and exact translations of written materials, and interpretations of verbal communication.

Requirement

Able to work night shifts (mandatory)
Fluent English (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent). Having experience in similar position is big plus.
Updated OS (Windows 11, MacOS 12+, etc.)
Own a laptop/PC with webcam + strong cable/fiber internet
No mobile data or broadband — only stable, wired connection

Working hours: Night Shifts ONLY, 8 hours/ shift, rotational from 8 pm to 9 am (Vietnam time)
Working Days: 5 days/ week, from Monday to Sunday
Remotely 100%

105 hours (about 3 weeks) of training – Training Allowance Will Be Provided
Eligibility for training allowance:
- Failing to step into operation will be considered as breach of contract and lead to termination. Hence, you will not be entitled for training allowance.
- If you pass the final assessment, you need to step into operation IMMEDIATELY with no gap in between.
- You must take a final assessment at the end of training. If you fail, you MUST retake the assessment.
- If you do not retake the final assessment, you will not receive the training allowance as you did not fulfil the training hours (105 hours).
Internet Reimbursement- Claimable up to RM 95 per month (Upon completion of a minimum of 160 hours per month)
- Must provide internet bill for claim purposes
- If you do not complete the 160 hours in a month, you will not be entitled for the internet reimbursement
Interpreter will receive Writing Pad and Jabra Headset upon joining Operation
- Security Deposit RM 400 for the gadgets will be automatically deducted from the first pay. This is refundable if we received the gadgets in good condition during resignation/end of contract.
Encashment – If the Interpreter works on the Gazetted Public Holidays (A mixture of US and Malaysia PH), they are entitled for encashment. Entitled when it falls on a working day and rest day only, not on off- day.
Insurance- Medical Insurance only (In- patient and Out- patient). Only for Malaysian, Permanent Residence and Spouse Visa in Malaysia.
Annual Leave (AL) – 12 days per contract year. It is an earned leave basis upon completion of a minimum of 160 hours per month.
Medical Leave (ML)- 14 days per annum. Need to be attached together with a medical certificate. If you have excessive MC, your contract will be terminated.
