VIP Lounge Conceige

ROLES:
· Delivering outstanding F&B services, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our VIP clientele.
· Collaborate with personal shoppers to assist customers in their shopping experiences and coordinate with leasing partners for F&B and venue set- up for events hosted in the VIP Lounge.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
F&B Service Excellence:
• Ensure a seamless and luxurious dining experience, adhering to five- star hospitality standards.
• Deliver impeccable F&B services to VIP customers visiting the lounge and luxury stores.
Sales and Customer Satisfaction:
• Provide personalized recommendations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their preferences and drive sales.
Collaboration with Personal Shoppers:
• Offer insights into F&B offerings to enhance the overall VIP customer experience.
• Coordinate with personal shoppers to assist customers in their shopping experiences.
Event Coordination:
• Follow up with leasing partners to coordinate F&B services and venue set- up for events hosted in the VIP Lounge.
• Ensure all event requirements are met, maintaining the lounge&039;s luxury standards.
Client Relationship Management:
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, providing a personalized and attentive service.

Qualification
& experiences:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with personal shoppers and other team members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Previous experience in a five- star hospitality environment with mininum 1 year, with a focus on F&B services and customer engagement.
• Experience in coordinating events and working with leasing partners is an advantage.
Education:
• Minimum of a diploma; additional qualifications in hospitality or related fields are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge of luxury brands, trends, and customer preferences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the demands of the VIP Lounge&039;s operational schedule.
• Working time: 8 hours / day, 6 days/ week (1 day off/week)
