• Responsible for the day to day management of the Casino Marketing Department of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Develop strategy to effectively market to our targeted VIP premium and International Travel Operator (ITO) casino gaming players. This includes but is not limited to:
- Developing events and promotions to attract our target market players such as casino gaming tournaments, promotional give- away, jackpot management, lucky draws, etc.
- Oversees all VIP department on daily operations.
- Creating collateral and digital imagery to promote our integrated resort casino.
- Creates bussing programs for strategic locations including Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi and other major cities in Vietnam and Asia.
- Work to develop new customer markets such as charter flights out of China, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
• Works closely with department management to establish sound operational business practices and methods to ensure all projects and assignments produce quality results, remain within budget and meet targeted deadlines.
• Ensures quality hiring, training, and succession planning.
• Develop process to enhance and grow the existing database through various marketing techniques.
• Together with Corona Casino Phu Quoc executive team, develops and implements a strategic plan for the property (and specifically Casino Marketing division) consistent with Corona Casino Phu Quoc’s vision and mission.
• Provides leadership in the development and monitoring of fiscal budgets and operational strategies for respective department to produce both short- term and long- term profitability.
• Handling guests&039; problems and complaints
• Establishes accountability processes for Corona Casino Phu Quoc, ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and legal requirements.
• Generate creative digital images, collateral, etc. for our on property marketing to target casino gaming players
• Entertain guests and future guests as required
• Conducts staff meetings on a regular basis to review progress on projects and assignments.
• Establishes the parameters (including KPIs) that empower managers/supervisors with the authority to accomplish the duties of their assigned positions.
• Represents the division at regularly scheduled management meetings.
• Provides leadership for the division including: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
• Maintains business relationships with International Travel Operators (ITOs) and VIP gaming players as required
• Directs the research, development, evaluation and implementation of new products, services, technology and processes to ensure Corona Casino Phu Quoc’s competitive position in anticipation of changing customer needs within the dynamic hospitality/gaming environment.
• Maintains effective communications with peers and subordinates.
• Perform market analysis on our competitors in Vietnam and South East Asia to competitively market our integrated resort product more attractive.
• Performs other management duties as required.
• Utilizing existing databases to develop effective promotions to our target gaming customers.
