[Visip 2/Bình Dương] Logistic Admin Support Executive

■ Salary: 9,000,000VDN （～13,000,000　※5 years or more of logistics experience）
■Job description:
・Responsible for internal system operation required for warehouse and delivery operations on PC.
・Liaise with delivery staff/stores on delivery operations.
・Perform ad- hoc tasks as assign by Management from time to time.
・Communicate and coordinate with partner company.
・Provide daily administrative and operational support to the department.
・Handle customers&039; calls and enquiries on delivery operations.

• Mandatory skills
- High school certificate or more
- From 1 year of working experience
- Good communication skills
- Age Below 35 years old
- MS Office(Excel), good computer literacy
- Able to communicate in Daily English conversation level
• Welcome skills:
- Working experience in Logistics Requirements
- Japanese language skill
■Working time: Work in shifts (8:00- 22:00 or 23:00, must work on holiday, weekend) 8 hours/shift
