As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our stores not only attract but also inspire our customers. This role is crucial in maintaining our brand’s visual identity across all store locations, from window displays to in- store merchandising. You will collaborate with various teams to conceptualize, implement, and maintain visually compelling environments that drive sales and enhance the customer experience:
Visual Standards Management
Regularly audit store visuals to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain and enforce high visual standards across all store locations, ensuring both interior and exterior aesthetics align with the brand&039;s identity.
Collaborate with Sales Department to promptly address and resolve any discrepancies in VM
Concept Development and Display Coordination:
Develop and propose innovative display concepts that resonate with current trends and brand messaging.
Ensure that display campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to align visual merchandising strategies with promotional activities.
Visual Merchandise Standards and Training
Develop and propose innovative display concepts that resonate with current trends and brand messaging.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience in retail (fashion) minimum 1 years.
Knowledge of display design principles, store space standards, and product arrangement to create an engaging shopping experience.
Good aesthetic sense and passion for fashion.
Strong understanding of the retail industry (fashion) and how customers interact with products.
Creative, dynamic, proactive, and growth- oriented in work.
Ability to grasp market demands, consumer trends, and customer psychology.
Good communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and work with partner
