<Report Line : Japanese Division Manager >
<Products: Everyday Goods and furniture >
<Clients: Consumers living in Vietnam >
* After working at a store, being able to step up headquarters employment
<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand the concept of MUJI's sales floor/category, store's display and products, provide OJT (On-job-training) to new staff with sales guidance
- Determine weekly / monthly strategy in conjunction with the product department, sales department, and advertising department then implement the strategy at stores
- Create and propose store layout plan and execute in each store
- Build internal and external networks, collect information and share information
- Be able to work on shift

Yêu cầu công việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age - 25-35
- English skill (Business class)- above TOIEC700 TOEFL80
- At least one year of experience working in the retail industry as a VMD
<Preferable character>
- Those who are good at cooperating and supporting related parties
- Those who are always eager to improve and feel rewarded for their growth
- Those who feel rewarded by making people happy
- Those who are good at numerical values, can think and act with PDCA to achieve their goals, and can improve problems
- Those who will inspect and guide sales floors with hypotheses based on numerical values (product accounts)
- Those who are good listener, sympathy and leadership for smooth communication
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Japanese Skill : Business level (N2 level)
- PC skill : Date analysis using Excel (Pipot,table,VLOOK, macro etc)
- Word and PowerPoint skill
- Person who can make consistent decisions
