Visual Merchandiser

· Supporting other relevant tasks if required
· Utilizes promotional calendar to set priorities and meet deadlines for store events
· Supporting to arrange and display products for new stores, new brand
· Implement/deliver outstanding environment of presentation and merchandising
· Maximize sales opportunity by leveraging our core values (People, Service, Clientele, Loyalty) while executing central merchandise strategies to deliver the plan
· Empower visual, merchandising and selling teams to ensure execution of all merchandise strategies, standards presentations and promotional events
· Report to Operation Manager
· Creating & updating store layout and product planogram for opening & product launching
· Coordinate and working closely with Merchandiser team and Operation Team on weekly product orders, launching new products.
· Working with vendors, suppliers for any production related to store visual merchandise, store image, pop etc.
· Responsible of Managing Visual Merchandising in stores of Retail chain by weekly photo reports – including store layout, standard Guideline, planogram, Image Shelves, weekly & monthly VM report
· Running training session for Store managers and salesmen about Visual Merchandising standard, planogram periodically
· Scheduling & planning to produce Prop display(showcase) & window display, Image Shelves for all stores by following seasonal holiday, new product launching.
· Assisting to recruit, develop and retain an expert team of Visual/Merchandising Professionals

Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improvement
Basic English
3+ years of experience in retail industry
Good planning and organizational skills
Attention to details and a good understanding of commercial practice
Don’t need to design but understand how these programs works: AI, PS, Sketchup
Have a good knowledge of local customers’ preferences and give some reasonable suggestions
Understand the uniqueness of each product to provide the suitable display
A strong sense of color, collocation, and trends
