Visual Merchandiser (PART TIME)

Communication: Communicate effectively with store management regarding inventory needs, display updates, and any issues or concerns.
Store Layout Optimization: Collaborate with the store management team to optimize the layout of the retail space for maximum visual impact and customer flow.
Maintain Visual Standards: Ensure that visual merchandising standards are consistently met throughout the store.
Planogram Implementation: Follow established planograms to arrange merchandise on shelves, racks, and display units.
Seasonal Updates: Update displays and decorations to reflect seasonal themes and promotions.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by ensuring that products are appropriately stocked and displayed.
Visual Display Creation: Develop visually appealing displays that showcase our products in a way that attracts and engages customers.
Creative Problem Solving: Identify opportunities to improve visual merchandising strategies and implement innovative solutions.

Keen interest in the current trends of visual merchandising
Outstanding creative, design, and analytical skills
Previous experience as a visual merchandiser, or experience working in a merchandising team
Information about consumer needs and patterns
Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related discipline
Knowledge of the company branding ethos and guidelines
