Create monthly Visual Merchandising concept, design Model display & decoration (40%):
Mainly design the visual display for household goods, home decor and living style concept.
Cooperate with Merchandise team to understand merchandising strategy and monthly focus categories & items.
Standardize & unify visual displays across all stores.
Seek feedback from stores and customers on the visual impact of displays.
Understand the concept of each Brands.
Work with suppliers, follow up the decor item production and installation process.
Analyze sales results and measure the results of display to find out problems if have and have improvement solution.
Guide and train Operation team to display according to the design.
Monitor the progress of monthly display changes in all stores.
Create POSM concept & design for Private Brand (Foodline) (30%):
Create Concept & design POSM to promote Foodline PB products & highlight promotions.
Provide unified POSM display guideline for entire store.
Provide creative POSM display way to differentiate PB and increase brand awareness.
Create Visual Merchandising concept, design & implement Visual Merchandising for New stores and Renovation stores (20%):
Guide and promote the process of merchandise display on sale floor to ensure progress.
Work closely with Operation team, promptly update Ops&039; display schedule to coordinate the display and decoration on time.
Cooperate with related departments such as Interior Design, Merchandise, Operations to prepare Visual Merchandising concept, design, schedule & implementation for the new store opening.
Direct train and guide Operation team on display skills during the setup process for the Opening.
Provide ideas and design new theme, visual display for the new concept store, Pop up shops.
Oversee and implement visual merchandise display for new store or renovation store as plan, make sure the project is completed according to design.
Others (10%):
Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
Follow up and support for contract and payment document with legal, accounting and suppliers.
