Mô tả công việc:
Responsible for the im ple ment ation , application and implementation of the ERP system.
Support IT users in the company.
Writing user manuals and FAQs
Responsible for IT system infrastructure in the facto ry, setting up, operating and maintaining the server system.
Support users with incidents on hardware & software problems , coordinate and perform repair of minor problems with users &039; and office devices within company.
Troubleshooting PC issues
Set up and manager user accounts, permission and passwords in accordance with company security practice
Guide new employee about IT policy and security procedure
Supporting and driving other daily IT and security tasks
Enforce practice oflT Policy and confidential security compliance through technical and organizational measures , manage security facilities such as camera and door access system.
Take full responsibility for the work related to the company&039;s information system.
Roll out of new tools
Supporting of cybersecurity incidents
Make the periodical reports oflT assets (desktops, laptops, printers, audio visual equipment and UPS, camera) to related paiiies, propose and follow up with action plan for repair and replacement.

Knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configu ratio n, deployment of Operating System / OS Trouble Shooting.
Experience of administration, configuration and maintenance of Windows 10, 11.
Good written and English communication skills
Degree: Graduated un ivers ity/, majoring in IT.
Experience with implementing and maintaining office network infrastructure
Minimum 05 years of working experience in manufacturing factory.
Candidate living in Vinh Phuc is an advantage
Male , Age from 25 to 35 years old,
This job communicated directly with Japanese.
