• Develop and improve warehouse system and processes to ensure use “best practice”
• Ensure import- export processes adopting with local import- export policies and or procedures with possible lowest cost.
• Work as a core member of BE management team.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through adopting professional customer service practice and fulfill customer requirement.
• Setting and monitoring goals/objectives for the whole supply chain department.
• Lead procurement team to develop/improve processes to ensure compliant with company policies/procedures and SOX.
• Enforce HSE code of practice to be efficiently implemented.
• Coordinate with other departments in the organization to ensure the common objectives achieved.
• Actively run BE projects while lead & support the department members to take part & complete their BE projects
• Ensure supply chain goals/objectives set in the financial year to be achieved.
• Overall leadership in Business Excellence & innovation initiatives in the department.
• Lead SOIP team to develop/improve SOIP processes: production planning, material requirement planning, and inventory control

• Language: Must be fluent in English.
• 5- 8 years in a Supply Chain/Manufacturing role.
• Open minded & embrace changes, Take challenges
• Knowledge: Knowledge of supply chain operation, knowledge of local country legal & corporate standards, Skills to influence people
• Leadership skills to enforce disciplines and motivate staff, Skills to influence people, Coaching staff, Build and maintain relationship with other people
