Waiter/Waitress

Baieta Restaurant HCM, located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, is seeking dedicated and service- oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses.
Responsibilities
Menu Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings. Answer guest inquiries and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Upselling: Promote special menu items, beverages, and promotions to enhance the overall dining experience and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the timing of food and beverage service.
Order Taking: Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations when necessary. Communicate orders promptly to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
Guest Service: Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in handling various tasks, including assisting colleagues during peak hours and contributing to the overall efficiency of restaurant operations.
Table Maintenance: Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Skills and qualifications
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Good English speaking skills.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification or equivalent, if applicable.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service etiquette.
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a reputable restaurant.
