Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow all standard procedures in serving the guest, as outlined in training manual and standards manual.
Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.
Promote and practice aggressive hospitality.
Follow all F&B policies and procedures.
Report to work on scheduled days at the scheduled time.
Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Learn and correctly use the point of sale equipment and follow procedures.
Report to work in uniform following all appearance standards.
Clean and break down trays in dish area, watching for condiments, salt, pepper, sugars, and etc.
Practice and actively participate in teamwork.
Utilize suggestive selling techniques.
Honor all reasonable work- related requests made by a manager or supervisor which may be outside your normal job activities, to achieve complete guest satisfaction and service throughout the hotel.
Attend monthly and all training meetings.
Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times.
Develop a complete knowledge of menus, use records, dish and glassware service and utilize that knowledge in the service of the guest.
Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.
Participate in daily line- up and menu classes.
Complete all daily and weekly assigned side work.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least Vocational certificate preferring Bachelor degree in any field
At least 1 year experience in restaurant operation or well trained in F&B operation
Strong in inter- personality and creative skill
Proficient in English communication
