Essential Responsibilities
**Customer service**
Provide excellent customer service.
Greet and help our customers throughout their journey with us.
Make sure customers have the best possible experience with us.
Maintain the image of our brand. Professional, but relaxed.
**Cashier**
Take orders and put them in our POS system.
Process the bill settlement and payment.
**Quality control**
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
**Compliance Duties:**
- Attending scheduled team or shift meetings.
- Following all relevant health department rules and regulations.
- Observing the principles of safe food handling and service.
Skillsets
- Passion for customer service.
- Fluent in Vietnamese. Good English is appreciated.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule and night shifts.
- Previous experience as a waitstaff or a sale person.
- Team spirit
