JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor degree, major in Accounting
Experience:
- preferable having experience in manufacturing company.
- At least 02 years of experiences in Accounting field.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge in Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation
Knowledge and Professional Skills:
- good at MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power point)
- ENGLISH: good command of English.
- High accuracy in numbers and attention to details, commitment to deadlines.
- Good analytical thinking

JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Cashier at factory
+ Coordination with the warehouse keeper: Collaborating with the warehouse keeper to accurately audit the quantity of goods.
+ Make inventory report at daily/weekly basic
+ Check the legal validity of invoice and documents before updating in- out and compare data at daily basic.
+ Make the payment request for all costs related to inventory goods and services.
- ADMIN ASSISTANT ( 05- 10% of work load )
+ Work with insurance department for insurance matters: close insurance book, send docs if any
+ Office supply: stationary, pure water.
+ Prepare labor contract, keep proper profile of employees.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD and Managers.
