Warehouse And Distribution Manager

Roles & Responsibility
- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation.
- Monitor all warehouse & distribution activities as well as coordinate with relevant departments to achieve Supply Chain KPIs.
- Directs the Warehouse and distribution activities, Logistics function.
- Other task assignment by manager.
Main Task: Warehouse & Distribution management.
- Confirm stock quantity for all WH by end of month.
- Monthly calculator and adjustment for raw material stick in drum (cum).
- Follow up and maintain all requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management System.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all time.
- Monitoring and keep track all incoming RMs/FGs and out coming RMs/FGs.
- Managing periodically stock count at Finance request to meet KPIs.
- To collect transportation document to generate delivery monthly report.
- Co- ordinate with Tech, Purchasing team, .... to control RMs & FGs in proper way (QC status, shelf- life, expired good...)
- Manage RMs & Packaging to adapt production schedule.
- Follow Oracle & SAP system.
- Update on time stock movement (as daily adjustment for Tech, sales sample and solvent cleaning consumption).
- Maintain POs receiving in 2 working days with result >98%
- Daily cycle count and inventory reports.
- Manage stock accuracy.
- Monitoring and control DOI of RM and FG.
- Inventory management base on FIFO.
- Implement the company&039;s policies and goals/ Supervise and motivate a team.
- Make sure goods and services are produced safely, cost- effectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards: Plan to ensure stock levels remain adequate ( Raw material / finish good / packaging / label).
- Preparation all materials to make sure OTIF
- Manage and control all RMs and FGs for Vietnam included internal transfer among PPG WH.
- Coordinate with 3PLs to deliver to customer on time.
- Monitoring logistic cost for both RMs transfer, FGs delivery

Requirement:
- Ability to develop & communicate with others
- 5 years&039; working experience in inventory management.
- Minimum career level: Supervisor
- Well versed in MS Office applications in English
- Work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment.
- Knowledgeable in the ISO- related quality systems and EHS system
- Minimum education level: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business.
- Excellent communication, accuracy, warehouse, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem- solving skills while proficiency in verbal & written English and local language
- Years of experience: 5 year(s)
