Conduct meeting to personnel/staff to inform the changes in the plan, structure, demand, and activity. Review the task of each staff assigned on a regular basis. SAP updating based on the movement, incoming and transfer of goods in shifting basis, in the absence of the staff you shall fill those gaps to complete the task or assigned a person in the team in order to complete the job or assigned task.
Achieve the target assigned in the Warehouse and Logistic department and following the Quality control policy of the company according to ISO QMS and other certifying body that the company is including as a member.
Making a weekly and monthly report and doing the presentation of the department performance every month, attending to the daily FDR. Reporting to Managing Director in the absence of the Department Manager.
Supervising the task and activity assigned to staffs, conduct the performance evaluation of staffs, skill mapping and managing the manpower schedule in day- to- day basis, ensuring that the policy of the company is being implemented and followed.
Received and analyzed the Forecast Demand from the group logistic or customer based on E- mail. Analyze container structure according to the price of good, gross weight of the container with load according to maximum limit allowed, container size, and the deliver or pick up time.
Price analyzing and negotiation, for the local and importation shipment. Objective is to achieve the economical, safe and timely cost of shipment. Conducting inventory as required by the company. Maintain and secure the good quality and 5’s of the warehouse. Working with other department in terms of providing information related to their stocks or shipment. Supervising the stocking of the scrap or production waste and selling. Responsible in grinding of polymer material that is subject for re- use.
Data consolidation, reporting, planning, contract preparation for importation, delivery lead time updating, sourcing, technical documentation preparation and submission prior to shipping custom requirements, and constructing of task for the logistic and warehouse staffs. Responsible in providing service for other department who are in need to the warehouse and logistics service.
