Warehouse and Logistics Executive

Ensure all warehousing documents are properly recorded both physically and in the system.
Ensure good housekeeping, safety and security of the warehouse.
Liaise with suppliers & customers on the shipment arrangement, ensure shipment follows the schedule and resolves any issues or discrepancies.
Liaise with external parties such as laboratory/survey companies for external Certificate of Analysis (COA) and inspection required by the customers.
Directs the warehouse staff on receiving of goods, loading/unloading of goods, allocation of space in the warehouse and arrangement of goods in the warehouse.
Controls the inventory movement and ensure all inventory transactions are accurate in the system.
Liaise with the authorities on legalization of documents requested by customers.
Works closely with Finance Department on payment and inventory matters.
Directs the warehouse staff on the picking and packing of goods and update the actual gross weight and measurement.
Arrangement for transporters and forwarders, updates the office on the receiving & delivery status, cargo clearance, permit and delivery.
Liaise with the Production Team on material requests.
Update the stock, prepares and receives the Delivery Order, prepares the shipping invoice and packing list, delivery report, certificate of manufacturer, customer clearance, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Proficient in English language.
Knowledge in any inventory management software.
At least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing company, logistics company or warehousing company.
Possess a Diploma or Degree in the related field.
Matured, reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
Able to operate a Forklift.
Possess leadership skills, good communication skills, planning skills and well organized.
Good in time management, able to meet tight deadlines and delivery schedule.
