Warehouse And Logistics Executive

Collaborate with the Production Team to fulfill material requests.
Coordinate with external parties for inspection and documentation requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of warehousing activities, both physically and digitally.
Manage inventory movement to ensure accurate transactions in the system.
Coordinate with transporters, forwarders, and internal teams for smooth shipment processes.
Work closely with the Finance Department on payment and inventory- related matters.
Supervise warehouse staff in picking, packing, and updating inventory details.
Oversee goods receiving, loading/unloading, space allocation, and warehouse organization.
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding shipment arrangements and resolve any issues.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security standards are upheld.
Handle stock updates, Delivery Orders, shipping invoices, packing lists, and other related documents.

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.
Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills.
Familiarity with inventory management software.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Reliable, independent, and matured in approach.
Forklift operation skills required.
Diploma or Degree in relevant field.

13th- month salary provided by the company.
