Warehouse And Shipping Manager

The Warehouse and Shipping Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the company&039;s warehouse and shipping operations. This includes receiving, storing, and shipping inventory, as well as managing a team of warehouse and shipping personnel.
Responsibilities:
• Resolve any shipping or inventory issues that may arise.
• Manage a team of warehouse and shipping personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
• Develop and implement warehouse and shipping procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse and shipping operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse and shipping management.
• Forklift and pallet jack certification a plus.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
