Warehouse Assistant Manager

A.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for general management of operation in Food Fresh warehouse.
1.Inbound and outbound planning
•Check inbound quantity planning and make workforce plan to gain target
•Work out a detail plan of receiving, weighing, assorting by suppliers
•Manage labor booking plan to gain target productivity
2.Productivity
•Monitor detailed workforce plan to gain the target productivity
•Control regular training plan (new and refresh) to employees in so as to increase productivity and reduce mistakes
•Regular check productivity on the spot in order to promote if delay
3.Cost
•Manage operating cost (including labor, consumable cost, materials, …)
4.Report
•Control lead time of report to customer
•Regular report to Korean Manager
5.Claim solving
•Cooperate with claim team to clear customers’ claim situations
•Find out the reasons and make improvement plan
•Support leaders to solve daily happening irregular cases
6.Other tasks assigned by manager
