Warehouse Assistant Manager

Department: Import - Export

The candidate will report toImport - Export Senior Manager and will be responsible for the following activities.

• Ensure incoming inventory tally with warehouse record
• Improve staff&039;s motivation for work
• Close monitoring of forwarders to ensure they fulfill the delivery schedule and other requirements
• Closely involve in daily operation activities & propose to manager improvement actions
• Update the monthly Shipping & Logistic report
• Plan for shipment (incoming/outgoing) & implement the plan
• Involve in budgeting for Shipping & Logistic related costs
• Responsible for stock accuracy between system & actual
• Examine contents and compare with records, such as invoices or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment
• Implement and support continuous improvement within the department and the company to improve employee performance, productivity, efficiency and cost reduction
• Responsible for the operation SOP & ensure staves follow SOP
• Liaise with customers, and vendors for logistic matters
• Involve in barcode label system
• Actively involve in cross functions meeting & assists manage to solve related matters.
• Review orders for discrepancies due to nonconformance to specifications
• Be recognized as Specialist in logistic field by external partners
• Participates in monthly/weekly Management meeting when required
• Monitor shipments to ensure customer specific requirements

• Report skill: can use PPT presentation well
• Language: English - business level
• Have good knowledge of system software
• Target setting, Proactiveness, Responsibilities
• Good Logical Thinking, Analytical Skills
• Prefer candidates who live in Bac Ninh
• Time management, KPI Management skill
• Certificates: University graduation
• Experience: 4 - 6 years in Logistics field
• Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, sea or road including relative costs and benefits
• Leadership/Management Skill (Teambuilding, Coaching, Leadership)

• Bonus: Up to 4 month salary/year
• Salary: Negotiate (Up to 1,800$ gross)
• Mondays to Fridays – 8am to 5pm
• Shuttle bus from Hanoi center to Bac Ninh
