Warehouse Assistant Manager (Tan Binh IP, HCMC)

Purpose of the position

Acting as a Warehouse Manager as per assignment
Support Senior Manager to manage warehousing as per assignment

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Training warehouse team according to SOP, monitoring performance and progress.
Proactively provide solutions to meet customer demands and provide quotations based on calculation.
Close communication with customer service team, customers and related departments to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction and consistent team environment.
Ensure all Safety, Security, QHSE, sigma requirements in site are complied.
Meet the KPI target and provide ideas for Continuous Improvement of layout, process, systems, and innovation.
Workload planning and productivity improvement, team & skill development
Comply with labor codes and requirements of government laws, company, and customers.
Ensure system utilization & development for both WMS and TMS as well as automation – if any
Work and carry out stock check process to ensure the inventory accuracy.
Daily warehouse management including staff, machinery and warehouse facilities etc.
Ensure the accuracy of daily operation/WHS security and safety;
Manage the warehouse team to complete the daily physical operation timely and efficiently.
Ensure profitability target of the site. And implement cost control.
Quality Management implementation & assurance
Fulfill reporting, document requirements as required by management and customers.
Other tasks assigned if any.

Communications

Internal – products, warehouse staff, business units,
Maintain/coordinate with all related stakeholders.
External – Existing customers, potential customers.

Experience and Qualifications

Proficient in English
Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge in WMS system
Substantial knowledge on operations and people management experience from a big multinational company preferably
Logistics and warehouse management for at least 5 years
University Degree

Effective skills in using resources to achieve goals and objectives within timeline.
Good customer oriented with excellent service etiquette.
Proactive attitude in solving issues
