Warehouse Chief

- Report to Branch General Director about warehouse’s works (KPI, procedure, facilities, customer care, implementation of factory/supplier, VGM…) weekly, monthly.
- Make sure warehouse operate stringently, exactly according to the MOL Logistics procedure with MOL’s goods, SOP procedure from clients; contribute ideas for improving procedure.
- Record, evaluate the procedure about deliver/factory/sender and inform to MOL Logistics Customer Service Department timely for update and adjustment right now.
- Supervise daily warehouse tasks such as: receive, storage and packing into container.
- Manage employees in warehouse (Data input, Tally, Counter Forklift worker…) and collaborate with Customer Service Department to solve problem occurred in receiving, storage and packing into container.
- Synthetic plans about receiving/packing goods, update information and consult the solutions for Customer Service Department.
- Attendant meetings related to KPI and audit security, safety in warehouse according to C-TPAT of MOL Logistics.

- Be careful, responsible in work, hard working, high discipline
- Have experience from 2 – 3 years as warehouse Manager (priority in working Japanese company)
- Having the warehouse operation experience (tally, Fork, data input etc)
- Male, graduate from College or University
- Have communication skill accurately and timely.
- Good at English and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Have under high pressure in work.
Others:
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Morning Saturday.
- Time probation: 2 months
