Warehouse Keeper

Role summary:
Managing and control inventory.
Specific accountabilities:
Work together with other departments, such as logistics, Accounting and Sales , to effectively manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments.
Control inventory and maintain storage conditions for goods.
Perform additional tasks as required by the leadership.
Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
Manage and resolve any warehouse- related issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive employee relations.
Take responsibility for goods in the warehouse to ensure accuracy with the system. Update data in FBO system.
Consistently seek out opportunities for process improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with quality standards.
Conduct regular or random inventory checks as required.
Effectively plan and allocate resources in order to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime
Report on outgoing and incoming goods, damaged goods, and inventory status.

Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge
Developed English speaking, listening & writing skills
Experience of 2 years in warehouse operations in mall or modern trade
Male is prefered
Bachelor/ college degrees
