Warehouse Leader

Manage all aspects of materials management and warehouse functions, including receipt, handling, kitting, and timely supply to production.
Conduct cycle counts and prepare monthly inventory reports.
Lead Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team.
Oversee materials and finished product warehouses, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Maintain safety standards and discipline in the warehouse environment, conducting regular audits.
Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure seamless material flow and inventory accuracy.
Manage defective materials and coordinate with QC and purchasing teams for resolution.
Optimize resource allocation for daily tasks, such as counting, data input, and arranging materials.
Utilize AX system accurately for inventory management and tracking.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Windows Dynamic AX.
Assertive and effective in expediting tasks.
Strong emphasis on safety, discipline, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP software.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the mechanical industry.
Ability to work independently and in shifts, Monday to Saturday.
