Warehouse Leader Onsite ICD Long Binh, Dong Nai

OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

Warehouse leader is responsible to coordinate the operations in ICD LB site
Work with DHL team and other departments in Samsung SDS for smooth operations.
Manage operation directly, Control vendor, Solve issue

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible to manage all LSP activities in ICD LB Warehouse.

Daily:
● Inventory management (daily cycle count daily/ month and yearly stock count)
● Make daily report, weekly report, monthly report
● Other tasks assigned by managers
● System issue and WH issue solving (Cello, PDA)
● Send the email to report abnormal case to WH manager
● Escalate issues to managers (if any)
● Operation training for staffs & 3PLs
● Work with vendors to ensure they follow KPI & warehouse regulations
● Manage all warehouse activities; supervise the 3PLs operation daily performance
● Satisfy Customer&039;s requirement
● 5S, safety (EHS) following
● Ensure to meet KPIs as SLA/contract

Prefer Living in Bien Hoa
Prefer University graduated
At least 2- years’ experience in logistics warehouse/transportation operation, including 1 years in transportation and distribution is preferred.
