OBJECTIVES:
Timely supplying exact quantity of materials on time and based on requirements for fabricating, ensuring materials & tools to be in good condition for using.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures
Develop warehouse operations systems by setting up layout and space management, determining storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory and shipping methods.
Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Following up ERP pgrogram and purchasing procedures with actual activities.
Supervising and ensuring that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and taking responsibility for the security of the factory and stock.
Making plans to develop warehouse staff and loading team by internal on- the- job training.
Following up and controlling daily absence and over time calculation.
Planning, organizing, and controlling of Warehouse’s and Loading’s over- all operations.
Implementing cost reduction principles in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
Always researching and making plans to improve and develop all warehouses/ loading operations according to company’s objectives.
Making plan of all warehouse resources and activities constantly in relation to company objectives and targets.
Supervising schedule of loading and co- operating with Production, Planning, CSD to make sure the delivery time is followed as required.
Managing stock in terms of the self- assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; document recording and data entry into system.
Issuing inventory, IN/OUT status, dead stock, goods age, consumption, manpower status reporting to General Manager – Viet Nam.
Promoting constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse/ loading administration.
Managing headcount and co- operating with HR to evaluate yearly performance appraisal, carry out position evaluation and conduct probation analysis.
