Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor TNT & VTC

Job Purpose:
Ensure planning, warehousing and logistic activities meet expectations for both TNT&VTC factories
•Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
•Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
•Reporting, organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
Key Responsibility:
•Ensure planning, warehousing and logistic activity
•Ensure safety of member in the team via working in safety manner, equipment/tool safety and safety environment.
•Understanding planning, shipping, warehouse management and inventory systems.
•Managing daily routes/schedules of shipment and deliveries
•Tracking the progress of shipment
•Knowing all aspects of warehouse operations.
•Reviewing inventory needs and keeping adequate stock.
•Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
•Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
•Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
•Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy.
•Communicate job expectations and coaching employees.
•Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
•Interface with customers both inside and outside company to answer questions or solve problems.
•Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status which includes data in SAP.
•Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
•Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
•Work with related function on customer complaint related to warehouse and logistic issues. Response the issue to related function on timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction is met. Also implement Corrective and Preventive actions to prevent recurrence of the issue.
•Take part of continuous improvement program/project and member of safety committee.
•Propose improvement for warehouse and logistic function to ensure customer expectation is met, operation efficiency and safety.
•Performs other related duties as assigned
