Warehouse & Logistics Controller

Purpose: Responsible for assisting Account Manager and Contract Manager in management of inventory, MRP, delivery, documentations, visitors, HR, safety and collection.
Key Result Areas:

Create and monitor Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to achieve customer’s satisfactions and company’s objectives.
Other assignments that related to field.
Coordinate with internal sales team, customer’s purchasing/ accounting, and Finance team for invoicing, collections, delivery schedules and shipping documents.
Prepare monthly report to assist Contract Manager / Account Manager such as Consignment stock, Inventory report, Sales report and some financial reports like capturing the cost allocation and estimation of profitability.
Handling Gate Pass issue for workers and visitors.
Control and manage the safety equipment in coordination with HSE officer and Contract / Account Manager.
Inform and assist team members about HR and safety update.
Follow-up shipment and prepare shipping documents to facilitate customs clearance following planning schedule.
Prepare the summary of consumption items and co-sign monthly stock report to customer to complete the invoicing process and ensure inventory control systems are run in an efficient manner.

Qualifications:
· College or university graduated
· Prefer graduated in Finance, Accounting, Foreign Trade, Business or related field
Experience:
· Prefer at least 1 year in administrator, finance, accounting, purchasing, Logistics, import/export department.
Knowledge:
· Knowledge about shipping documents or/and invoicing
Skills & Behaviour:
· Good communication in Chinese/English/Vietnamese
· Able to work independently, good analytical skills and customer relationship
· Good Excel/Word, email & reporting skill
Problem Solving & Complexity:
· Handle/Report for invoicing & collection issue
· Handle good inventory and delivery control
· Customer Relationship Management
· Handle customer complaints
