Warehouse:
Inbound:

Goods receipt & Put- away.
Receiving & checking inbound goods

Outbound:

Goods issue material/ consumables
Deliver material to Sub- contractor
Deliver material/consumables to Production

Shipment:

Packing
Update packing data into SAP
Follow to deliver shipment to DHL/Broker

Other taks:

Perform Monthly count & reconcile stock
Maintain other tracking data: Scrap , Excess product, ...
Collect & transfer proof of delivery to Finance
Perform Weekly count & reconcile stock
Upload taken photo to laptop for recording
Trouble shooting in SAP/WH issue

Logistics:

Problem solving issue during imp/exp customs clearance process
Handle import/ export shipment
Perform Log & WH KPI , ESG report
Raise & execute on Material Adjustment tools & SAP (Scrap/Stock adjustment)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong system- oriented mindset
Good command of English
College or Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics or a related field.
Familiar with import and export customs policies, HS codes, able to develop preventive measures for customs clearance risks.
Experience in import, export, and logistics operations.
