Warehouse & Logistics Executive

- Able to do Finished Goods dispatches in a timely manner and according to schedule.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
- Schedules and oversees warehouse staff.
- Assists Warehouse Manager with hiring and training of new employees.
- Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
- The Warehouse executivel oversee warehouse inventory and staff.
- Resolves routine equipment issues.
- Planning the daily activities to achieve the target as per planning.
- Keep the warehouse and other areas tidy and clean. Make ready the whole warehouse area for any customer/regulatory audit
- Receipt of Raw Material, Packing Material and general items and make inventory.
- Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Provide alerts of impending low raw material.
- Monitor expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed.
- Schedule materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.

University degreeMinimum 2 years of working experience in foreign companyMust be well- versed in Vietnamese accounting and Tax Laws.Proactive, integrity, careful to adapt both compliance and management requirementSelf- motivated, self- learning, time management and organized skill to handle multiple tasks independent as well as in teamGood at MS Office & Google tools and familiar with ERPGood communication in English.
