To meet the rapid growth of CloudEats VN, we officially recruit a talented candidate for the position of “Warehouse & Logistics Officer" in the Kitchen Operations Department with the following details:
I/ Key Responsibilities
Weekly meetings with Product Management to review sales history and forecasts and discusses corrective action to forecasts where required.
Daily track & manage the inventory of the kitchen network, ensure data from kitchen network is accurately key in on time.
Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated systems utilizing help of the warehouse team.
Work with different stakeholders throughout the supply chain to control the availability of ingredients at kitchen level.
Arrange delivery plan with optimization of logistics cost and storage capacity of kitchens. Make a plan for stocking items with high consumption, long lead time and low availability.
Based on inventory & forecast to make plans to procure and supply ingredients to the kitchen network, develop and implement effective forecasting models to accurately predict customer demand.
Well usage and complete key in entire data on ERP system. Involve in and ensure the accuracy of the stock count process.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Economic/ Foreign Trade/ Import- Export or similar
Skill Requirements
Computer literacy: Excellent in MOS, Google sheets, ERP system, SQL
Detail- oriented, easily adapt to changes
Willing to listen, willing to learn and must be a team player, high responsibility.
Good problem- solving skills
Good Time Management
Good communication, listening and negotiation skills
Strong in data and management system
Having at least 2 years of experience working in supply chain and logistics management within the F&B/Hotel industry
