- Responsible for supervising all daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations. This includes managing inventory, optimizing space utilization, coordinating material handling, and supporting logistics processes. The supervisor ensures timely material supply to production, proper storage of finished goods, and accurate inventory control.

Đảm bảo cung ứng kịp thời vật tư cho sản xuất, lưu trữ đúng quy chuẩn sản phẩm và kiểm soát tồn kho chính xác.

Ensure First Expired First Out principles and storage conditions (ambient, chilled, frozen).

Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance policies within the team.

Supervise and support warehouse operators, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

Ensure all warehouse documentation is properly archived..
11 Làm việc với đơn vị vận chuyển để đảm bảo giao và nhận hàng hóa đúng tiến độ.
Communicate with transporters and logistics teams for timely inbound/outbound activities.
Bảo trì trang thiết bị kho
Facility and Equipment Maintenance
Oversee usage and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallets).
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
