Warehouse Manager

PRIMARY JOB TASKS
• Manage inventory management system conforming to standard warehouse practice (layout, FIFO, trigger, .) and apply new warehouse technologies to minimize errors and improve operation of warehouse.
• Maintain documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Daily update inventory data to respective merchandisers and management.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, Quality, and Production for material for production,
• Implement operational policies and procedures of Warehouse operation
• Keeping PO- wise material database. And, raw material in PO- wise in the store room.
• Ensure the integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM), PO, and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements.
• Received the approved PO (materials, chemical) physically from the suppliers& issues them for production regularly.
• Ensure safety work for staff, MSDS updated and visible at chemical warehouse
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
• Manage to receive packaging, and shipment for finished products, chemical, and materials and monitor commercial inventory reports for quantity, lot status, and expiration dates.
• Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery, and take any follow- up actions, especially in the event of material shortages that affect production.

QUALIFICATION
• Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Candidate possesses relative University degree
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong people skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese, Korean is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem- solving skills.
