Warehouse Manager

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to spare parts procurement and management.
Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
Spare part dimensioning. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Maintain accurate records of all spare parts, including procurement details, stock levels, and distribution.
Generate regular reports on spare parts usage, stock levels, repair & return and spare part order activities. Participate in regular meetings to provide updates on spare parts status and address any issues or concerns.
Work closely with technical teams to understand equipment specifications and maintain accurate records of part specifications.
Regularly monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for routine maintenance and emergency requirements.
Coordinate the timely and accurate distribution of spare parts to various telecom sites and maintenance teams. Optimize logistics processes to minimize delivery times and transportation costs.
Supervise subcontractor performance to archive SPMS KPI/SLA. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all spare parts meet the required standards and specifications.

Have a hard- working and dedicated spirit, good stress tolerance, organized and detail- oriented.
Capable of listening, speaking, reading, writing and in English. Can speak Chinese is a plus point.
Strong background in supply chain management and understanding of telecommunications equipment, ability to optimize spare parts processes to ensure operational efficiency.
