Warehouse Manager

Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Monitor performance of team members.
Ensure performance efficiency of team.
Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.
Sourcing of packaging materials.
Sourcing of operations equipment, instruments, etc.
Ensure Client stocks are received and orders processed within SLA.
Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
Improve efficiency of storage and processes.
Handle Clients in terms of Operational issues, Functions and Reports.
Solve operational issues.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Manage entire Operations of the Company.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must have a bachelor&039;s degree in logistics or another related field.
5 years’ work experience in related field.
Able to build / maintain / manage a team of specialist.
Data entry and processing skills
Previous warehouse operations experience preferred
Able to work independently.
Detail and deadline oriented
Computer literate. Analytical and excellent problem- solving skills.
