Role and Scope of the Task
The role of the Marketing Manager is:
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including Receiving, Picking, and Dispatching of goods. You will lead a team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage 03 team (Receiving, Picking, and Dispatching)
Warehouse Operations:
Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
Implement best practices for warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Assign tasks and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Supplier and delivery goods to store:
Coordinate with Regional purchasing to receiving goods from supplier
Arrange truck and driver to deliveries and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
Address any store inquiries or complaints regarding warehouse operations.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Technology Utilization:
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to optimize.
Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Budget Management:
Monitor expenses and implement cost- saving.
Planning productivity to build headcount.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
Bachelor&039;s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and other relevant software applications.
